Overview

This product is a single-phase isolating switch for three-phase line systems. The structure is simple, economical and easy to use.
This isolation switch is mainly composed of a base, a pillar insulator, a main conductive circuit and a self-locking device. For the single-phase fracture vertical opening structure, the pillar insulators are respectively installed on its bases. The switch adopts the knife switch structure to break and close the circuit. The knife switch consists of two conductive sheets per phase. There are compression springs on both sides of the blade, and the height of the springs can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required for cutting. When the switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook rod is used to operate the mechanism part, and the knife has a self-locking device.

Features

1. The isolating switch is a single-phase structure, and each phase is composed of a base, a ceramic insulating column, an in-out contact, a blade and other parts.
2. There are compression springs on both sides of the knife plate to adjust the contact pressure, and the upper end is equipped with a fixed pull button and a self-locking device connected with it, which is used for the opening and closing of the insulating hook.
3. This isolation switch is generally flipped, and can also be installed vertically or obliquely.
The isolating switch is opened and closed by an insulating hook rod, and the insulating hook rod fastens the isolating switch and pulls the hook to the opening direction. After the self-locking device is unlocked, the conductive plate connected to it rotates to realize the opening action. When closing, the insulating hook rod bears against the hook of the isolating switch, and drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the connected conductive plate rotates to the closing position.
The isolating switch is closed.
This isolating switch can be installed on a column, wall, ceiling, horizontal frame or metal frame, and can also be installed vertically or inclined, but must ensure that the contact blade is facing down when opened.
